MergeBoom is provided for personal entertainment use. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the app.

The app may display advertisements. An optional purchase may be offered to remove ads where applicable.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time without prior notice.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Tocco Game Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
